CASA OPINION

It's hard to make a better tenor than this ukulele! It has it all, a fantastic sound, exceptional luthiery on high end woods: "Swiss Moon" spruce for the top and Indian rosewood for the back and sides.

Originating from Switzerland, the Moon spruce has a white and snowy appearance and a straight and tight wood grain. It is adaptable to different climates, making it one of the most durable and stable tone woods. Rosewood is a hard, oily wood with a dark red appearance. It produces a deep bass, and a very harmonic treble.

These woods are solid and have been naturally air-dried for many years before being put into production. We are very happy to offer you this very rare model in France, if you are looking for a high end tenor ukulele, seriously put an option on this model, you can even come and try it in our store in Vitry-sur-Seine, 5 minutes from Paris.

The aim is clearly stated: to present instruments with a more vintage look and which stand out from their modern models with which they have revolutionised the ukulele market in recent years. However, the DNA of the manufacturer is well and truly there, and we find with delight, an excellent substain, a rich sound in volume with an incredible dynamic. A new fan-shaped bracing system is fitted to this series, which brings out the midrange frequencies full of harmonies, and it should also be noted that they are equipped with Gotoh UPT mechanics, which are extremely precise.  The Singer RT1K is made entirely of solid Hawaiian koa, grade AA, which provides a clarity where each note stands out from the others for a beautiful articulation. Tahitian Ukulele 6 strings Asonu

Tahitian Ukulele 6 strings Asonu PARTICULAR SIGNS   All Chilean Persea lingue  Bridge in cirari or pakio  Fluorocarbon strings  Piezo pick-up   Scale Length : 415 mm  16 frets   Satin finish  Gigbag included Made in Chile CASA OPINION The Tahitian style ukulele (6 strings) is very popular in the islands of southern Polynesia, such as Thaiti, Rapa Nui, Cook Island. It has a very high pitched sound, it is normally played with a very rhythmic and fast left hand strumming, often with a pick. It is easy to do solos in common tones like C or Am because the mi string sounds louder than the rest, just move this second string by continuing the fast strumming. The strings are fishing threads, on the Tahitian style, they all have the same diameter of 0.45 mm and on the 6-string hybrids, they are different: 0.70, 0.80 and 1 mm.  It was a while ago that, we were looking to enrich our catalog of Tahitian ukulele, we had the opportunity to meet Victor Joffre, founder of the brand ASONU, based in Chile. We were convinced by his knowledge of the instrument and his mastery of the manufacturing process, his ukuleles are a reference in the field and are world-famous.  These are magnificent ukuleles, with unique shapes, the size is between a concert and a tenor with a 415mm scale length, the sound is dynamic with a lot of projection. We are happy to offer you them at La Casa, do not hesitate to come and try them in our shop in Vitry-sur-Seine, 5 minutes from Paris.

The solid mango wood used has a different appearance to that of the standard version, with an exotic look and variations in the wood grain that are reminiscent of a multitude of tiny caterpillars criss-crossing each other, which is very pleasing to admire. The warm, mellow mango tone is also very clear and precise, and the high notes are magnificently bright. Only a handful have arrived, so don't miss the chance to discover these new models. L.Luthier M6 EQ Tenor ukulele PARTICULAR SIGNS  Tenor  Electro  Solid mahogany top  Solid mahogany back & sides  Mahogany neck  Rosewood bridge & fingerboard  Bone nut & saddle  Tuners : Der Jung DJ326UAB-D6 Antique finish  LU Active Pick-up preamp   Satin finish  20 frets  Scale length : 431 mm  Nut width : 37mm  Maple binding  Savarez 150R strings  Premium gig-bag CASA OPINION This M6 is reminiscent of the excellent Le Maho model from the same brand, which has already delighted many musicians among our customers. Like the Le Maho, it is made entirely of solid mahogany and shares its main characteristics. The difference lies in the finish: here, satin varnish replaces the gloss finish. While the latter offers a more dynamic and sparkling sound, the satin finish provides a more mellow, warm and woody sound. The M6 EQ is also equipped with the same microphone system as the other L.Luthier models, renowned for its exceptional performance. Perfect for live performances, it reproduces the depth and realism of the sound with simply magnificent quality. As you can see, we are completely won over by this new model, as well as by this brand, which manages to offer a ukulele for less than 400€ while maintaining remarkable build quality and finish.
