The koa produces a full and rich sound in the upper midrange, and does not lack punch and volume. The instrument is incredibly light for a tenor, the body is not very deep and pleasant to play for long hours. It is a very pleasant instrument, with a nice clear sound, the bass is not too present, it is well balanced.  The weight is a bit heavier than average but nothing too disturbing.  The manufacturing is serious, with a correctness on all the neck and an optimal playing comfort. Note that the wood grain and colour can be very different from one instrument to another.
