CASA OPINION

L.Luthier is a guitar and ukulele manufacturer located in Malaysia. It was warmly recommended to us by a customer, and after a first contact with them, we can say that we were delighted by the quality of the commercial exchanges, the professionalism and the seriousness.

Their instruments are just like them, a unique design and an irreproachable quality of manufacture, with a particular attention to the smallest details. All their ukuleles have an additional soundhole, for a surround effect that adds incredible volume and clarity for the player. All at a price that defies all competition! We sincerely believe that this can only be the work of enthusiasts.

The Maho is made entirely of solid mahogany, and like the other models of the brand, the finish is superb and the wood grain of the mahogany is sumptuous. It offers a versatile sound and will give you a good feeling whether you are strumming strongly or playing light arpeggios. Very good intonation and response throughout the neck. A double pickup to bring more warmth to the piezo pickup, and a premium bag included. An unprecedented value for money, check it out!

Kiwaya KPT-1K/E Solid Hawaiian Koa Tenor Ukulele - Strummer serie PARTICULAR SIGNS   Tenor  All solid Hawaiian koa  African mahogany neck  Ebony bridge & fingerboard   Gotoh geared tuners  Bone nut & saddle  Scale length : 430 mm  Total length : 690 mm  Nut width: 38 mm  18 frets  Kiwaya K-BM fluorocarbon strings  Weight : 605 g  Gloss finish  Strap button  No gig bag  Made in Japan CASA OPINION The ‘Strummer’ series are more modern designs from Kiwaya, featuring a wide neck with an ultra-flat profile and a wide, shallow body for fast response and comfortable sustain.   This series benefits from the exacting standards of Japanese-made Kiwaya ukuleles, and is at the upper end of the Kiwaya solid wood ukulele range.  Demanding, high-precision craftsmanship gives these instruments remarkable finishes and a wonderfully classy look. These solid Hawaiian koa models are harmonically rich, with plenty of body and consistency in the sound, as well as plenty of brilliance and, at times, chime-like resonance. This makes them a versatile instrument, rooted in tradition yet resolutely modern.

Pono MGT-K Solid Mango Tenor Ukulele PARTICULAR SIGNS  Tenor  Solid mango top   Solid mango back & sides  Mahogany neck   Merbau bridge & fingerboard  Ko'olau Alohi All Plain strings  Bone nut & saddle  Grover open gear tuners  Nut width : 35mm  Satin finish   Scale length : 432mm / 20 frets  Made in Indonesia CASA OPINION Pono is a legendary brand that has played a major role in the rise of the ukulele over the years. Their instruments are made in Indonesia by the Ko'olau parent company, based in Hawaii. Their instruments are arguably in the upper mid-range, all made of solid wood and crafted to Ko'olau's exacting standards. This series is made from solid mango wood, increasingly prized both for its appearance and for the richness of its sound. The overall color is highly contrasting, with little variation from model to model. The satin finish offers a pleasantly soft, silky feel; for those who prefer a gloss finish, the same model is available on the site in gloss finish under the reference: MGCD.  The tone is lively and dynamic, both volume and sustain are excellent, and the sound is projected with a minimum of effort, all due to the resonance created by the lightweight construction. Production of Koaloha ukuleles began in 1995, handcrafted, one by one, in Honolulu, and although they have undergone improvements over time, they still sound with the same signature: a tone rich in harmony, warmth and luminosity.
