CASA OPINION
This new Feather series incorporates the iconic features of the Bird series, including a slotted headstock and a cutaway that facilitates access to high notes.
It stands out, however, thanks to major innovations, starting with its solid double top: a stunning layer of flamed maple on the surface paired with an inner top made of resonant cedar. This unique design crosses the wood grain in different directions, offering an exceptional combination of stability, flexibility, and projection.
The sound is remarkable: crystal-clear, precise highs; rich, warm mids; and deep, perfectly defined lows, without any sense of saturation.
The bracing also features an innovative lattice structure, inspired by high-end classical guitars, optimizing the instrument’s resonance and responsiveness.
The sustain is generous, the volume naturally full, and the response immediate: the sound comes through fully at the slightest touch.
Finally, the back and sides, crafted from premium solid mango wood and carefully selected for their aesthetics and acoustic properties, contribute to a perfectly balanced overall vibration.
The ukulele comes with a stunning orange aNueNue case made of laminated wood and covered in synthetic leather.

All Chilean Persea lingue Bridge in cirari or pakio Fluorocarbon strings Piezo pick-up Scale Length : 415 mm 16 frets Satin finish Gigbag included Made in Chile
CASA OPINION
The Tahitian style ukulele (6 strings) is very popular in the islands of southern Polynesia, such as Thaiti, Rapa Nui, Cook Island. It has a very high pitched sound, it is normally played with a very rhythmic and fast left hand strumming, often with a pick. It is easy to do solos in common tones like C or Am because the mi string sounds louder than the rest, just move this second string by continuing the fast strumming. The strings are fishing threads, on the Tahitian style, they all have the same diameter of 0.45 mm and on the 6-string hybrids, they are different: 0.70, 0.80 and 1 mm.
It was a while ago that, we were looking to enrich our catalog of Tahitian ukulele, we had the opportunity to meet Victor Joffre, founder of the brand ASONU, based in Chile. We were convinced by his knowledge of the instrument and his mastery of the manufacturing process, his ukuleles are a reference in the field and are world-famous.
These are magnificent ukuleles, with unique shapes, the size is between a concert and a tenor with a 415mm scale length, the sound is dynamic with a lot of projection.
We are happy to offer you them at La Casa, do not hesitate to come and try them in our shop in Vitry-sur-Seine, 5 minutes from Paris.

CASA OPINION
The Flight Aviator bears a clear resemblance to the famous Kala Revelator. Like its illustrious predecessor, it impresses with its remarkable sound range.
Like many slim ukuleles, it offers a lively and dynamic response, but it also stands out for its roundness and warmth. These qualities are further enhanced by the low G string and the Aquila B-Blacks strings, which we find truly excellent.
Aesthetically, the instrument is appealing for its beauty and meticulous finish. It's clear that Flight has put all its expertise and high standards into the design of this model. Initial tests in stores confirm that it has everything it takes to be a real success.
The mango tree often varies considerably from one model to another, so please do not hesitate to request photographs of the models in stock.

Tenor size Solid mahogany body Mahogany neck Ebony bridge and fingerboard Gotoh tuning machines Bone nuts Scale length : 432 mm 19 frettes Nut width : 36mm Satin finish Made in Japan Case not included
CASA OPINION
The Artist series now features item numbers that are unified with the Japanese national market. The specifications remain the same; only the item numbers have changed.
The Kiwaya LT impresses with its warmth and subtlety of sound. It may not have dazzling projection, but it possesses an incredible harmonic richness and purity of sound, with every note precise, deep and haunting.
The light weight, flat neck with low action gives this instrument exceptional playability. The satin finish is soft to the touch, and apart from decoration around the rosette and the gold Kiwaya logo screen-printed on the headstock, the clean lines hint at the elegance of its character.
A magnificent instrument, no doubt due to the fact that Kiwaya's policy since 1919 has been "to offer happiness through the ukulele".

CASA OPINION
The KoAloha KTM-10 RP Tenor Royal Pikake is a ukulele made in Hawaii. Crafted from solid koa, it offers excellent projection with well-defined notes and good dynamic range, equally at home with soft playing or more rhythmic accompaniment.
This model differs notably from the KTM-00 Tenor in its satin finish (as opposed to the gloss finish on the KTM-00). This choice is not merely aesthetic: it also influences the sound. The KTM-10 RP produces a slightly more muted, softer and more subdued sound, whilst the KTM-00 offers greater brightness and projection in the treble range.
The Royal Pikake design adds an elegant touch without being over the top, and the playing comfort remains true to KoAloha’s reputation: simple, effective and a pleasure to play every day.
An interesting model for those looking for a koa tenor with a warm, natural sound and a slightly more understated approach than its gloss-finished counterpart.

CASA OPINION
L.Luthier is a guitar and ukulele manufacturer located in Malaysia. It was warmly recommended to us by a customer, and after a first contact with them, we can say that we were delighted by the quality of the commercial exchanges, the professionalism and the seriousness.
Their instruments are just like them, a unique design and an irreproachable quality of manufacture, with a particular attention to the smallest details. All their ukuleles have an additional soundhole, for a surround effect that adds incredible volume and clarity for the player. All at a price that defies all competition! We sincerely believe that this can only be the work of enthusiasts.
This Koa Formosan (Pacific Island acacia) model sounds great, with lots of sustain. The pickup system is dual and uses both an under-saddle piezo and an internal pickup, giving a better amplified sound with more possibilities. It also comes with a high quality padded carrying case. This is a premium instrument at an affordable price, and we are happy to offer this brand in France, so please come and try it.

Tenor Solid mango top Solid mango back & sides Mahogany neck Merbau bridge & fingerboard Ko'olau Alohi All Plain strings Bone nut & saddle Grover open gear tuners Nut width : 35mm Satin finish Scale length : 432mm / 20 frets Made in Indonesia
CASA OPINION
Pono is a legendary brand that has played a major role in the rise of the ukulele over the years. Their instruments are made in Indonesia by the Ko'olau parent company, based in Hawaii. Their instruments are arguably in the upper mid-range, all made of solid wood and crafted to Ko'olau's exacting standards.
This series is made from solid mango wood, increasingly prized both for its appearance and for the richness of its sound. The overall color is highly contrasting, with little variation from model to model. The satin finish offers a pleasantly soft, silky feel; for those who prefer a gloss finish, the same model is available on the site in gloss finish under the reference: MGCD.
The tone is lively and dynamic, both volume and sustain are excellent, and the sound is projected with a minimum of effort, all due to the resonance created by the lightweight construction. A very precise instrument, neither bright nor dark, the sound is perfectly versatile and lends itself to all playing styles.

CASA OPINION
World-renowned ukulele virtuoso Daniel Ho and master luthier Pepe Romero set out to build a concert-sized tenor ukulele without sacrificing sound. They succeeded quite well, as the Tiny Tenor has powerful projection, excellent playability and offers ultra-compact proportions
This mahogany model is the first price in the Tiny Tenor series, but there's no doubt that we have a premium instrument in our hands: the sound is clear, the notes detached with a deep substain.
