This one is made of sapele, an exotic wood that looks like mahogany, and equipped with a microphone with preamp and tuner, it is rather sober nevertheless with a nice engraving around the rosette, it's a good value for money.

It is a very pleasant instrument, with a nice clear sound, the bass is not too present, it is well balanced.  The weight is a bit heavier than average but nothing too disturbing.  The manufacturing is serious, with a correctness on all the neck and an optimal playing comfort. Note that the wood grain and colour can be very different from one instrument to another.

The mahogany is beautiful, enhanced by elegant black binding and aged metal tuning machines for a vintage feel.  The instrument is light, with a very low action for effortless playing. The sound is rich, with notes that are precise and deep when played melodically, and clear and balanced when played in chords.
