Previously reserved for the Japanese market, we received these models in Europe under the name Kiwaya and the designation “eco series.” In order to harmonize their offering, they have now decided to distribute the “eco series” in France and Europe under the name “Famous.”  Apart from the label, nothing has changed—it's still a Kiwaya made in Japan!  The body of the instrument is made of "Layered tonewood", and offers exceptional acoustic performance with an impressive, extremely well-balanced volume.
