The solid spruce top tempered by the laminated mahogany back and sides creates a sound that is not only bright and punchy, but also rounded with warmth.  A flat profile neck, compensated saddle for accurate intonation, fluorocarbon strings and a deluxe bag. The Iris is at least as good as the famous premium model from which it was loosely based.
