The wood grain of the Honduras mahogany is splendid, the whiskers on the bottom of the body and the double purfling on the fingerboard contribute to the natural elegance of this model. In rhythmic and nervous playing the chords will keep their clarity and in fingerpicking each note will sound like crystal. This is an instrument that approaches perfection, and one that you want to keep for a long time.

It is true that the massive mango tree is excentric. There is also something modern about these ukuleles, the geometric and cubic shapes on the fingerboard and on the logo are certainly part of it. However, once in hand the sound is smooth and creamy, they sing traditionally well and are easy to learn thanks to an exceptional playability. The Rebel Ukulele brings a particular care to the manufacturing, and all the models that we received are always extremely well finished. The least we can say is that they both live up to our expectations. With its traditional construction and Japanese fluorocarbon strings, the sound of the WUS-3 is rich, warm, and powerful. In terms of playability, it has a slightly wider nut (36mm) and a thinner neck profile, which is a real pleasure to play. With this model, Flight offers us a singing soprano perfect for strumming with an exceptional quality/price ratio.
