Aesthetically, it's a great success: classic elegance with a few modern touches, such as the oval key markings, an "eclipse" rosette, a rosewood armrest, and a new bridge that fixes the strings through the soundboard for even more substance. The sound is well-balanced, the solid acacia gives plenty of body to the note, and the rounded back offers a beautiful resonance. We were also struck by the quality of the craftsmanship and finish.
