Low-G soprano ukuleles are rare, and the XS is probably the best in this category. The Low-G adds wonderful depth to the sound, and the mahogany adds a surprisingly rich, perfectly balanced tone with great clarity. The thin, flat neck is incredibly easy to play, and despite its 35mm width at the nut, the strings are well spaced out, playing comfort is addictive, and intonation is remarkably good right up to the highest positions.  Exceptional workmanship and top-quality materials make this instrument excellent value for money.

Romero Creations Tiny Tenor Mango (pictures of model #24033 with will be sent)  PARTICULAR SIGNS  Tenor    Solid mango top   Solid mango back & sides  Mahogany neck  Ebony bridge & fingerboard  Designed by Pepe Romero & Daniel Ho  Nut width :35 mm  Bone nuts  Pepe Romero US2 strings with Low-G wound  Abalone rosette  High Gloss Finish   Scale Length : 432 mm / 16 frets   Softcase included L'AVIS DE LA CASA  The concept of the Tiny Tenor is to offer you the same pitch and playability of a tenor ukulele but in ultra-compact proportions, thanks in particular to a reduced headstock, body design and bridge location. The neck is slim with a flat profile, and despite its width of 35 cm, the strings are well spaced out and the most complex chords are easy to play. This ukulele is really made for playing arpeggios and picking. It's in the sound that the Tiny Tenor reveals all its splendour, with the mellowness of mango combined with a long sustain. The design of the Tiny Tenor, with a very high rosette that picks up string vibrations where the sound is richest, is profound. The basses, aided by the metal-spun low-g of the Pepe Romero UT-2 strings, are amazingly round yet precise. It's all a question of balance, and Romero Creations have found the recipe!  The mango wood often varies considerably from one model to another, so please feel free to ask for photos of the models in stock.
