We like the "square" profile of the neck, the action is very low, thanks to the "zero" square, the chords and notes sound easy, it's a pleasure to play for a long time. The intonation is perfect on the whole neck, and it remains perfectly tuned, The unplugged sound is silent, but audible, which allows a night play, and once plugged in, the piezo Shadow mic comes out perfectly. The Iris is at least as good as the famous premium model from which it was loosely based.
